You’re about to disagree with your coworker on something they feel super passionate about. As you prepare for the words to come out of your mouth, you’re bracing yourself for the inevitable pushback. The pushback comes as a flurry of irritated expressions, frustrated sighs, aggressive tone and seemingly endless back and forth of reasons why each of you is right and the other is wrong.
